I have 1000€ to buy RAM, GPU, CPU (+fan) and motherboard. I have the rest already. What would be the best bang for the buck for playing Counter strike 2?

I am thinking on buying 32gb ddr5 6000mhz used for 240€, which leaves me with 760€ to spare. Would for example ryzen 5 7600 + radeon 9060 xt 16gb + some b650 motherboard work for me, or are there better options with this price point?
