Hi all, new to this forum and would like your advice on upgrading a very dismal r1000 klipsch. At the time I thought it would be all I need, I thought very wrong. I live in newfoundland Canada and have nowhere to ear test any subs other than klipsch at a local best buy.

I have a 15 wide x 13 deep room and this little klipsch is very disappointing. I've done the sub crawl, corner placement and many other alternatives with not much benefit in sound.

I have $1200 canadian for an upgrade, what would you recommend?
