Experience

I’m 36 now, but when I was between 15-25 I had multiple SP episodes. I never really saw anything, maybe once I saw a shadow figure. However, I’ve always felt things and heard things during my episodes. One in particular I was facing the opposite way of the bedroom door. I heard the buzzing in my head/ears or whatever and I opened my eyes and couldn’t move. Classic sleep paralysis. Then I hear two beings walk in behind me. They walked calm and slow while talking to each other. I obviously couldn’t see them because I couldn’t move to turn around. I couldn’t hear what they were saying at first, but it was almost like small talk. It seemed as if I was a patient and they were doctors observing me. Once they got to me, one said “he’s not ready yet” I was probably 18 when this happened and it’s always stuck with me. What exactly is sleep paralysis? It does not feel like a dream. Every time I had it I would open my eyes and be exactly where I fell asleep at that moment. Whether it was on a bus, in a hotel, at an apartment whatever. It’s stuck with me my whole life and I still think about it until this day
