Was diagnosed last year but I believe I've had PCS for a while. I also have Interstitial cystitis and being tested for may thurners and nutcracker soon. It probably also doesn't help that multiple times a week I work 10-11 hour days at my job. I'm SO tired. All I can think about during my shifts is "when can I go home and sleep?" Any time after work I have is dedicated to sleeping. I'm sleeping my life away and barely have time to have fun or do anything.
There might be more going on but I also have raging hormones and just overall exhausted. Anyone else dealing with this? 🤦♀️ It sucks so much I feel like I have no life outside sleeping.
