Hi all

I'm in my second trimester, as a first time, mom, and i'm looking at taking birth and baby classes through AHS. i see that there are 10 week signature series and 4 and 6 week essential series.

What were your experiences with the classes?

Which ones would you recommend?

The 10 week ones would have some sessions after the baby is born on infant care. But i'm not sure if I will have the energy to go to the sessions with a newborn.

From those who have taken the classes, what were your experiences?

Would you recommend taking the 10 week series? ( These ones have a couple of sessions after the baby is born but i'm not sure if it will have the energy to attend it with a newborn)
