Help with games disappearing

Hi All,

So I just bought and modded a 3ds today and it was all running perfectly, I downloaded a few games and changed up my Home Screen interface, I then reopened it after a few times powering on and off and its got no games but all the other apps (Homebrew, checkpoint etc.) but the games and folders I made are gone. What have I done wrong? I'm currently redownloading all the games through Godmode. What can I do to fix this? It's a brand new 32gb SD card and Faketik has said there's nothing wrong? What's my next move?

I’m so lost and frustrated trying to beat this guy 😭
I’m level 40 but for whatever reason just haven’t gotten to the point where I’m fighting this guy and I’m struggling so bad because his 10k rhyperior 2 taps everything I’ve got
This is the team I was trying to use as I don’t have some of the other pokemon people recommended (annihilape, mamoswine etc.) and doing the swapping thing at the start to delay the persian attack, but I feel like like I’m doing something seriously wrong as I can’t even get close. What’s my best course of action here?
