I have three players who can successfully connect each from their own homes. I just tried getting a fourth player on while the others were away and it was unsuccessful. He is using a Mac whereas the rest are using PCs. When using Safari he gets to the login screen but the login window is missing its just the background image. If he tries to use chrome he doesn't even get that far instead he is just unable to connect. Super weird, any ideas?
