I know the FAQs say eveythifn we should know but I’m really stuck. I’m trying to renew my subscription, but when I go to the app it’s got nothing but the update payment option menu and when I update my payment option it doesn’t allow it because the card doesn’t have enough. I’m trying to downgrade to Fan but it’s not letting me basically, and I don’t have the money to just fix it. Please any help would be appreciated I’m about to go in a trip and I want something to be able to watch while I’m there
