(Nioh 2) Struggling with Kamaitachi
I know there's alot of posts about how hard the early game is, but I'm specifically just struggling with this boss. this is the point of the game that I've heard gets much easier and this is a massive difficulty spike for me for some reason. I'm using the bloodspider blade odachi and doing very little damage to him. What can I do to upgrade my build this early? I've watched a bunch of build guides but all of them are meant for later into the game. I know I'm supposed to block but I run out of ki so quickly it feels better to just dodge. Obviously it could just be a skill issue, but that doesn't make sense since I've heard so much about how much easier this part of the game is, and I'm struggling with this way more than the first 4 bosses. I feel like there's something I'm missing in order to get stronger.
Edit: guys I did it. I didn't make any changes to my setup, so I think it was just a skill issue lol. Thank you all for the advice.
