hi! trying to be as picky as i can be with where i start. i don't want to take a step in the wrong direction. be blunt with me, would working here for a couple years set me up for success in ATLANTA?
i already know what i want to specialize in. not interested in exploring other categories of real estate.
i'm looking for training (that they have), to start somewhere that allows me to build credibility, and for genuine mentorship (i feel like i could create in / outside the office through building proper network)..
plz plz plz tell me all your thoughts... thank you!!!
not interested in working at cbre, jll, colliers, or any big shops till later down the line. need to establish myself first!!!
