Just by sheer curiosity how low was the rating for my score as a passenger to drop from 5 stars to 4.78.

I have taken about 20 trips. Tipped 20% on every single ride and was waiting for all the drivers outside before they arrived so was genuinely surprised. I’m always greeting and saying thank you. However, I’m not much of a talker.

As long as I get from point A to point B I always tip and give 5 stars regardless of anything in between. Besides being surprised by that rating drop how low did they rate me for my score to drop that low?
