Our rent is going up again with the renewal of our lease. I disagree with it and just wondering if it’s worth pushing back to the rea.
The home was advertised with a rumpus room however the room in question is a shed out the back that has had some Lino put down and some gyprock on the walls. It has one entrance, no exit, no windows and no ventilation.
Can this be classed as a rumpus room?
