Glad to see kraken support does actually get back after 60 hours, my problem was solved and would like to just take back anything I was saying about support and the Kraken platform although I do think they could give the reason for withdrawal hold sooner and tell me the situation, make sure you guys read about what exchanges Kraken can withdraw to and take deposits from. still havent been told why my funds are on hold
i use kraken as an on ramp to trade and i withdrew some usdt to some exchanges the other day perfectly fine, then when i try again 24 hours ago with a smaller amount by the way, they put it on hold, no email or notification telling me why its on hold or for how long its on hold.
the kraken support on here doesnt actually support with anything, very vague support going on for an exchange that handles peoples money, no email responses the support chat just tells you they escalated the situation but nothing actually happens, I fully recommend everyone just use alternative platforms that actually have a responsive support live chat and doesnt use reddit as the support chat
