2T2X1 Air Transportation: Best Bases and Civilian Opportunities?
Hi everyone! I booked 2T2X1 (Air Transportation) for active duty, and I was wondering which bases you would recommend since I’ll be filling out my preference sheet soon. I’m also curious about how well this job translates to the civilian side.
I already have a bachelor’s degree in Communication, but I’m thinking about pursuing a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field while serving. I’m also considering earning certifications related to logistics or supply chain operations so I can build a strong career after the military.
Do you think this career path makes sense with 2T2X1 experience? Also, what certifications would you recommend that would be valuable both during my Air Force career and on the civilian side? I’d really appreciate any advice or recommendations. Thank you!
