Tbi injury/ memory repair

When I was 16 I had a tbi from getting hit in my temple and was in the hospital for a week and rehab for a few months. I came out okay after surgery/remission, I’m currently 31 now so I don’t know if I can blame this for my cognitive function. But I can’t seem to hold on and grasp information long term like it goes one ear out the other. But I also feel social media has been negative help with remembering things since it’s just dopamine hits and shortens my attention span. But any one have any good options or recommendations to take I was thinking lions mane, piracetam or af710b. I live a normal lifestyle, I just got back in the gym. I work construction. I just have issues holding on to information/ remembering events that happened years ago. Or even reading a study guide I can’t hold information. And get distracted by my selective hearing when studying. I try but it’s hard to consume and digest it. I want to go back to college to get a degree and get a career going for my future. Any supplement/ information would help a lot.
