I know people are enjoying the 4th, but when is it enough? My neighbors decide to go out at 12:30 AM and decide to light off all of their fireworks. I mean, they had all night and choose to do it at almost 1 AM.
Now my baby is wide awake. Am I wrong for saying something to them??? Might I add the county that I live in it is illegal and should be lit off at community events and the hours are from 10 A.M. to 11 PM on the fourth.
