Should I sell my current bike to get two separate bikes?

I’m currently in a situation where having one really nice bike in one type of cycling is starting to slow me down. For context, I have a Custom 2023 Scott Spark RC that I could easily sell for 6k or maybe more. It’s a great bike, but that’s the problem, if I want to ride road I’m either stuck riding that or I borrow someone else’s gravel bike. So, I need help deciding if I sell it and buy a mountain bike with one half and a road bike with the other or just save up for a road and keep my current bike. The bikes I’m looking at are a Sava Falcon SLR7 and a YT Izzo either core 1 or 2. Unfortunately I’d either have to wait until the YT’s are available in the US again or have a third party ship it to me. So what should I do?
