Hi all, maybe someone can help me with this.

I graduated last semester (December 2025) and am gearing up for commencement -- RSVP'd more than a month ago, and reserved tickets for my family -- but haven't received anything in my Outlook or personal email about where to actually get those tickets I reserved. I logged into Ticketmaster using my school email, and nothing was in my account.

Do we just give our names at the ceremony? I know I don't need my own ticket, as a student, but I thought I'd get some kind of confirmation or something by now, and the fact that I don't see anything in Ticketmaster is confusing me.
