Has anyone experienced something similar or successfully gotten reactivated after this kind of issue? Any advice would really help.
Has anyone gotten their Spark account reactivated after a false fraud flag?
My account was active and everything was normal. I signed out of the Spark Driver app and signed back in, and during login it asked me to verify my driver’s license again. Right after completing the verification, my account was suddenly deactivated.
At first, the app said there was an issue with my driver’s license verification. After I appealed, they denied it and said my account was flagged for “fraudulent activity,” including things like sharing accounts or using multiple accounts.
The problem is I never shared my account, never used another person’s account, and never intentionally violated any policies. I only logged back into my own account and completed the verification they requested.
