GYN Visit

Hi! 48F, On .1 patch estradiol, T cream every morning, 25 mg DHEA every morning, and (was) taking 100 mg progesterone every day.
My last follow up my labs looked good except my DHEA (which is why I’m now taking that every morning). But she also wanted me to start cycling progesterone to 200mg 14 days after my period. She’s trying to mimic my normal cycle and help with my breakthrough bleeding.
This visit I told her I was having trouble with cycling progesterone probably bc of brain fog and how busy my work has been so I’m not sure if I followed directions like she gave me. So now She told me she wants me to stop progesterone for 3 months to see if we can get a clearer picture of my bleeding.
I thought progesterone was critical bc I still have a uterus and that helps protect the uterine lining from cancer. 😬
When I brought up my concern to her she didn’t seem to think 3 months was going to be enough time to cause any risk.
She seemed a bit dismissive with all my questions and I can tell she was annoyed but I’m a bit of a hypochondriac now.
Has anyone else that still has uterus been told this, have done it, and can share any insight?

Has anyone else been in this situation?

Hi everyone, I need help in deciding between Hyatt Zilara Cancun or Secrets Moxche. I know Hyatt Zilara Cancun just opened again so hard to say how it will evolve over next year's spring break (2027). My husband and I are using points (we don't have a ton but trying to make the best bang for our buck) for next year's spring break. We love Secrets...favorite one was Akumal for the jungle feel, amazing beach with snorkeling & swimming with turtles, being able to walk/bike around the town. Good food, good drinks and the service was awesome as well. Right now we have 3 nights at Impressions Moxche booked for the end of our trip which will be the perfect ending to relax and recharge, and we currently we have 4 nights at Hyatt Zilara Cancun.

Cancun has that beautiful shade of blue ocean, fun waves swimming, gorgeous views, powder soft sand, option of visiting Isla Mujeres for a day... I've always wanted to experience it but something always stopped me from going through with my reservation. Whether it was I found a better price for something better (or equal), or posts I read about everything costing extra turned me off. My husband and I love live music and then I hear that HZC is no longer doing nightly shows, they're not doing music in the lobby, etc. And again, I know they just opened back up so maybe that's just growing pains. So now I'm thinking should I just book Secrets Moxche which i hear is amazing, part of Impressions (vice versa) so not a huge loss of vaca time for changing hotels and or time to transfer), or Secrets Akumal for those beginning 4 nights? I suck at making decisions and keep flip flopping on this so I would love some advice. TY!
