I am excelling in my position because I am in my comfort zone. Now, head ops wants to “promote” me but the catch is to change home base. Didn’t agree to anything but suddenly the promotion was announced and I was given a movement docs.

Reason why I don’t want to grab the opportunity:

1. Transferred to a totally different city, from province to Metro Manila

2. Only 11k is added to my base salary

3. I am old enough to know the stress and I am not really looking for promotion or ang growth
