Burnout and Points
Yesterday was a hard one, I have work in four hours, and I didn't shower, eat etc because when I came home yesterday I passed out and slept until about twenty minutes ago. I have a weekend/vacation coming up in literally a couple of days so I know I should go in, but my schedule's been all over the place with hour cuts, the usual terrible coworkers have been worse than usual, coach is actually hurting efficiency by being a micromanager who has no idea what we're actually doing but assumes we should know we're doing it wrong, etc.
I don't want to use PPTO in case I need it for a sick day or something, so if I call in, I'd just be taking the point. I have one point now, with .5 falling off in a few months. I'm kind of intimidated into not calling out after I did, with PPTO, for a vet emergency and the coach called me in and told me off for doing it when I was supposed to open because "you're making it harder for everyone else," etc. I'm FE, by the way.
I guess I'm just asking if having two attendance points is that bad or would make me a target or something. I don't think my store's the worst, but management/this coach plays favorites and there are definitely people who get away with things because they're friends with someone, or because it's easier to just ignore any problems.
