Sent my dead Pixel in TWICE. Google ignored my emails, sent it back broken claiming "No Issue Found." What do I do next?

I am completely stuck in a loop with Google Support and F1 Info Solutions (their authorized service center in India), and I need advice on how to escalate this.

My Pixel suffered a complete modem/network hardware failure after overheating and going blank for 24 hours(drops signal entirely.)

I have now sent the device in TWICE.

I explicitly explained the exact hardware failure in multiple emails.

Despite this, they refused to do a physical test, ignored my emails, and mailed my broken device back to me again with a paper claiming "No Issue Found."

The most frustrating part? The diagnostic screenshot they provided to me as "proof" that it works literally shows the Mobile Network State as "DISCONNECTED" and the voice network stuck on EDGE. They can't even read their own diagnostic failure screens. I've uploaded that screenshot here

I’ve already filed a formal government complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and I have an unboxing video showing the phone still doesn't work.

I feel completely screwed by the system right now. What should I do next? Has anyone successfully forced an escalation past this Tier 1 repair center wall?
