backwards request : puzzle + adventure games... with little cognitive awareness?

I adore games like "Return of the Obra Dinn, "The Witness" or "Outer Wilds"... and due to medical stuff my memory & situational awareness have degraded to a point where even with a guide these can get iffy to complete.

The puzzly-ness of games like "Tunic", "Animal Well", or "Paquerette Down the Bunburrow", I can brute force my way through the base game to the end, and maybe hit 60% completion before it is all guides or give up on repetitiveness of understanding the "solutions" as they are explained. (i have absurd amounts of time to brute force solutions to interesting game mechanics)

Games like "Sable" or "Twilight Princess" are still accessible, forgiving that I can wander in circles, find a puzzle, do a thing, then return to the bigger world of wandering in circles.

This explanation of what I'm after is very fuzzy around the edges, but I'd really appreciate what you all think might fit the bill?

edit

"Heaven's Vault" was fun for the first play through, couldn't handle repeat plays for improving my alien language skills
