Advice whether or not buying it

I’ll be heading up tomorrow to go see the car and see if it could be worth buying. I might finance it at the moment unfortunately because I need a car at the moment. I know I’ll have to replace the timing belt and water pump asap. But more importantly does the price justify itself?
