appreciation post for my endo
i got a new endo when i moved to canada. i wasn’t knowledgeable about hrt dosages and i just trusted my doctors up until that point. she told me immediately that i could (and probably should) consider raising both my e and spiro dosages (my us doctor was hondosing me for years, shocker). she got me onto injections. she basically lets me decide my dosages and had a convo with me when my e levels were insanely high (well above mono therapy ranges) but still backed what i wanted.
her and her clinic made the application for srs funding a breeze. she did everything to help me get out of country funding but it was denied, then she immediately got me onto the list for one in the country.
my only complaint is that she’s insistent on spiro for anti androgens, and spiro fucks with me so bad.
but overall, s/o to my endo and her clinic. i wish every tran an equally good endo
