Ryder's car can still spawn outside of his house long after his death during Pier 69.

I will note that I see it spawn less often after killing him, this being the first time I noticed his car there after the mission. Almost every time I had passed by Ganton before the mission, his car spawned. I don't know if this is luck or intentional, but it's still interesting, I guess.
