Akai mpk mini iv
I purchased the akai mpk mini iv brand new at guitar center yesterday and while running a setup in the inmusic app and I keep getting an error message on the redeem software screen (I have already registered it successfully) but for some reason I continue to get this error message if you have a fix or can help me figure this out I would appreciate it I have already tried the date and time to automatic method and it is registered and signed into the correct email I have also unplugged and plugged it into all my usbc ports and have re downloaded and installed the app multiple times I’m running it on windows 11 I also made a request ticket for support but I don’t want them to just send the software rather than troubleshoot and fix the problem maybe I did something wrong?
