Hey guys I just bought a new surface pro but unhappy to find I can’t get inmusic downloader to run on windows 11, snapdragon x2 elite Arm. Is it possible?

So I've changed the input to 8 in, 8 out like most posts have said, still not working. I have a Google Pixel 10 Pro and have USB preferences set to USB controlled by (This Device); Use USB for File transfer/Auto - still not working. Tried almost everything possible over the past hour and extremely frustrated by this. Been reading that sampling via USB C using android is problematic for these MPCs, which is crazy because it worked as normal on my MPC Sample. Massive oversight by Akai if true. Someone please help.

Lately I’ve been wanting to explore ways of using my MPC live 3 to story tell or to discuss topics about the human experience instead of just making beat tutorials. I’ve made two on the push 3 but here is my first on the Mpc and I just discuss the idea of falling in love and what that means to me. I use the matrix clip sequencer to build the music. Would love your thoughts.

I mainly use step sequencing, so I’m wondering if the MPC XL is really worth it for me.

When I saw the XL videos showing the 16-step sequencer buttons and the 16 Q-Link knobs, I thought it might be somewhat similar to the workflow of a Cirklon, and that made me seriously consider getting one.

However, after watching a lot of videos, it seems that the 16 Q-Link knobs can only be used to control velocity in the Step Sequencer. For things like note values, prob, nudge, etc., you still have to go into the Step Edit menu and use the touchscreen, right?

If that’s the case, I’m wondering whether the XL actually offers much of an advantage over the MPC Live 3 for someone who mainly uses step sequencing.

Do you think this is something that could potentially be improved in a future update, or would it be difficult to implement? For example, would something like this require a major change to the OS or the underlying architecture?
