I started working at an outdoor bar and am on concrete the whole time. I usually love barefoot style shoes/boots but have heard that some padding is best if you're on a hard surface like that. I want a "natural" or wide toe box, they are the most comfortable for me.

I've heard great things about the Hawx Endo but I really hate the orange in the tread and I'd like to wear the boots to more than just work. Keen Cincinnati is another good choice, but I'd prefer something darker brown or black leather. Hawx Enforcer Pro looks like something I'd be interested in, but I can't find any reviews to see their quality or what the toebox is like.
