How do you not let your awareness control you?
This is applicable to many sectors of life. My top cases and questions would be:
Identity: If I'm aware that I have *this negative trait*, how do I stop berating myself over it, being a big judge to myself— and actually improve it?
Beliefs: If I'm aware people has different beliefs due to different circumstances, how am I to stay that mine is the balanced, right one? While beliefs are flexible and can be transformed, just when do you actually let it stay firm vs hear other ppl out?
Free-will: If I'm aware that I will be sleepy and groggy due to sleeping at *this specific hour*, how am I to not let it control my day, my mood, or me? How do I not let it make a self-induced prophecy and sabotage what could've been a good day?
Being Perceived: if I'm aware that I'll be perceived as this *type of person* whenever I act this type of way to fit a situation, am I really being authentic?
