Used GK Studio Negra with cracks for 58% off, worth it?

are these cracks acceptable? I'm a beginner and wanted to buy my first guitar and my local store have this used Cordoba GK Studio Negra for 58% off but idk whether these cracks are acceptable for long term use. The store says: "B-Stock: Got visible crack line on top body after repair done. Box n guitar function ok."
