Is 300 euros a good price for a second hand sigma 135 - 400mm lens and Sony alpha 700 body (with accessories and the kit lens) and is the setup suitable for (beginner) birding?

Hello everyone!

I’m a beginner photographer and I’m using a fujifilm xt20 with the 18-55 kit lens. Lately I have gotten into birding so I went looking for a telelens that can fit my camera. I wanted to go second hand due to budget constraints but unfortunately the second hand market here (Belgium) for fujifilm is not the best. Recently I found a Sony a700 body (with accessories and the kit lens) and a sigma 135-400mm lens. The seller asks for 300 total, with deliveries and buyer insurance I assume it’s going to be a bit more than that in total. Adding some photos of the items. My question is 1) whether that’s a good deal and does it make sense for my purposes? 2) would it be better to save that money to later invest in a proper lens for my fujifilm xt20? I know in the world of cameras 300 is quite low but I unfortunately don’t currently have the budget to spend 2k+ for a Fuji tele lens.

Thank you very much for the answers already!
