I’m wondering how to change the default payment method on my iPhone XR. I have $50 from an apple gift card I got a while back but I haven’t been able to use it because I don’t know how to change payment methods. I’ve also accidentally charged the account of my family plan manager when I thought I would be using my own. Also, can funds from apple gift cards be used for in app purchases?

Wondering where I can find it. It used to be on Netflix, Hulu, and Crunchyroll but now I can’t seem to find it anywhere.
