Im a waiter, I have to give cash to my support staff, where do I disclose this?

Every night I have to tipout support staff in cash, this is unreported from my employer, its between me and the support staff, I'm using freetaxUSA and do not see where to put this. Ive estimated about 3.5k in tipouts I've given, I do not want to pay tax for others income. Where do I disclose this?

Anybody else's Pell Grant a lot lower than last year?

I just filled it out for 2026-2027 and got my summary back from the FAFSA website, I had the max pell grant last year, $7,395, I'm over 24 so my parents income shouldn't qualify? I only had to pay around 800 dollars out of pocket per semester, now mine is a max of $4,820 for the entire year. Which means I'm paying 2.5k a semester now, which absolutely screws me. My car is going to shit with repairs, and gas costing me an outrageous amount every month, I have to probably move out soon and find my own place, and this is just the cherry on top. I plan to contact my school regarding why. They base it off the 2024 taxes correct? My income in 2024 was under 30k and for 2025 I filed an extension and have yet to do it.
