Bad start and acceleration m104.980

(Sorry for the repost) Hi everyone, I’d like to talk about an issue I’ve had with my car (M104.980) ever since I bought it. It has always suffered from starting problems, hesitation during acceleration at low speeds (both hot and cold), and a lack of power when cold. The car had massive vacuum leaks coming from the injectors, the KE-Jetronic boot, and the air hoses. Everything has been replaced, and the system is now completely airtight. The ECU was replaced, along with the temperature sensor, potentiometer, idle control valve, fuel accumulator, and check valve (which was causing extremely long, 10-second crank times). The duty cycle is set to 45–50%. Before replacing all these parts, the power loss and hesitation were much worse. When cold, it starts immediately but either stalls or runs very roughly (stuttering) for 3–4 seconds. Also rarely if it doesn't fire up instantly but takes 2–3 seconds of cranking, it starts perfectly. When cold, there is significant hesitation, sometimes dead spots (no response), and very low power. These symptoms disappear as the engine warms up (to 80°C); once hot, it regains full power. However, I still experience random stuttering under load at low speeds or in neutral, as shown in the video—sometimes it's mild, sometimes intense; it's unpredictable. Hot starts are much better, though if I let the car sit for about 10–15 minutes before starting it again, it stutters for 1–2 seconds.

Leaking EHA Valve

I recently noticed that my EHA valve is leaking through the two weep holes, not a lot but enough to mean that the EHA valve is kaput and needs replacement. By the way if you guys knows what are the symptoms of a bad EHA valve it would help me a lot. My car suffers from hard cold starts (fires immediately but stalls, then second time it cranks but very rough for 2-4 seconds than idle nice), a lot of hesitation when she is cold. And sluggish acceleration when the engine is at optimal temperature. During a smoke test, there was a lot of vacuum leaks so I fixed them all. All good on ignitions parts, injectors seals, holders and o-rings replaced, all ke-jet hose replaced and rubber boot replaced too), accumulator and fuel pump check valve replaced that caused long cranks before since it was losing pressure after engine is stopped. On the KE-Jet, duty cycle is good (45-50%ish), potentiometer as well.

ASD Differential whining noise.

Hello everyone I'm new in this community, I have a w124 300ce-24v sportline that got an annoying problem. The differential makes a whining noise on charge, acceleration. Oil changed but noise is still there. It got 204000 kilometers. Pinion ring and crown are probably worn. I want to change the differential but finding an asd differential (3.27) for w124s that got the m104 engine (210mm case and not 185mm) is almost impossible here. At this point I really don't care about the ratio as long as it's above 3.07. I don't know what to do. If anyone got a solution it would be great. Thanks guys 🙏
