Shipping time
Ordered a book on the 14th. Today's the 22nd and it has not shipped yet. When i try to track the order I can't and the tracking no. doesn't work on DHL. I actually ordered two books at once, and the other book has been tracking just fine, shipped out the following day I ordered it. Not sure what's going on with the other book. Should I contact customer support or should I wait?
