It’s finally getting better
hello! I’ve been on the infinite uti hell rodeo for ~6 years but having UTIs less frequently for 17 yrs, since I was 9 :( and for context am based in the UK. my regime today is daily Hiprex, D mannose and recently my bladder physio recommended this cream ’P happi‘ which has made a huge huge difference. I use it after I pee, I think it works by having a strain of bacteria that kills gram negative bacteria; E. coli, etc.
I’ve been using it daily since January and it helped go travelling and wild camping in Brazil completely without symptoms (which before would have been unimaginable!)
