Low sex drive/libido after doing Shambhavi Mahamudra
Hi everyone, today is my 75th day of doing Shambhavi Mahamudra. However, for the past few days/weeks I have noticed that my sex drive has become extremely low after doing Shambhavi Mahamudra regularly.
So I want to ask other meditators that have you people also experienced this, or is this placebo.
