Audio on my Sonos Arc Ultra cuts out about every 5 minutes

Every 5 minutes, sound just completely cuts out for about 10 seconds. I am watching this on my Apple TV on an LG G1 OLED, if that makes a difference. My Sonos set up are 2 Era 300 back speakers and a subwoofer. My one not ideal work around is using Airplay instead of HDMI, which does the trick, but for obviously reasons, this is not how I want to run my expensive set up.

Has anyone had this problem and know of a potential fix?

Is there a way to customize speaker order in Airplay?

I want to change the order of the speakers to speakers I use more often rather than having them in alphabetical order. Is there a way to do this? Seems like a simple thing.
