Used speaker arrived damaged, seller issued refund without shipping label.

I bought a Tivoli Model 1 made out of wood. They are very delicate and the item arrived with some dents on the wood cabinet, I immediately contacted the seller and told that the item arrived with damage that was not disclosed (I checked the pictures again just to be sure).
Until now the seller hasn't answered all of my messages, so I went and reported that the item was damaged, then the seller replied and refunded me right away, I message him asking for the return label and he hasn't responded, the only message I received is one saying that he will file a claim with FedEx. So I assume that this means I can keep the speaker without having to worry about returning it since the seller already issued the refund, right? It is very strange that he doesn't even respond, I guess he doesn't want the speaker 😄
