After 8 years with Virgin I moved to Freedom. I asked them awhile ago to add my partners line to mine as an extra line, instead the line was added as an account and so no multiline discount.

I called to get it fixed and they said I have to pay $50 for them to move her line onto mine even though the accounts are already joined. I said I could move both lines to a new carrier for free and so why would I pay $50. Virgin said I have to pay and so I shopped around and got a much better deal with Freedom.

To top it off, Virgin aren't giving a discount anymore for paying by credit card.

It's worth shopping around if you're thinking about it.
