I’m applying for NJDOC and read that a pre trial intervention of 4th degree or higher would disqualify you. About 18 years ago I was arrested for evading arrest and it was dismissed with the pre trial intervention. Since then I retired from the Army and have not been in trouble. Would I be eligible for hire? Any information is appreciated.
