Sons accounts keep getting cookie logged
My 10 year old son has had a Roblox account for the past 5 years. Back in December, all of his GAG pets and brainrots mysteriously all went missing, we were able to log into the account still so we thought it was just a glitch or bug. Fast forward, 5 new accounts later and this person (timothycool84) keeps hacking each and every one of my sons accounts. I have enhanced security on every account and he still makes his way in somehow, changes his description & username, shovels his rare GAG plants, sells his pets and brainrots. I have tried everything, from writing to Roblox numerous times and the only help they offer is changing the password. Everytime he makes a new account, I secure the hell out of it and I don’t get how he’s still doing it. For good measure I’ve changed all the passwords, deleted cookies and browser data, extensions, logged out of all sessions, got a passkey and back up codes. Did factory resets on the PC and nothing helps. He plays on his phone as well & I installed Norton on that. My son is devastated, he works hard to rebuild his account and games just to have it all stolen again and he says he’s quit now because we don’t think making a new account will help because we’ve done that 5 times now and he hacks every single one. This is a targeted attack and I don’t understand why, not only that but I’ve lost hundreds of dollars trying to help him rebuild each of these accounts. It just breaks my heart that he can’t have fun on this platform because of this evil little sh!t. Please, if anyone has any advice they can share or has experienced this and gotten rid of the hacker, please help me. I’m just so heartbroken for him.
