I have an SSD Samsung 970 EVO Plus 250GB as a system drive (W10 64b 20H2).

The past few months I have been experiencing gradually worsening response times when using Windows File Explorer, even up to several minutes of lagging on a simple file view request.

I ran CrystalDiskInfo v9.9.0 x64, the results for the SSD are "91% Good".

I have doubts about this "91%": should I replace this SSD (9326 hours runtime, 30845GB write actions)?

The Intel i7-640M (fitted to that laptop) supports up to 2x 8GB of DDR3 RAM at max. 1066 MT/s bus speed.

Would this CPU be able to handle DDR3L memory (2x 8GB) specified at 1600MHz?
