Hi! I have the Birdfy metal feeder and the motion sensing is not working. I have contacted customer support and they say it is a server issue and they don’t know when it will be fixed. I can view the live feed just fine. It’s 100% charged and up to date, good WiFi connection, settings are good….I also have the stand alone camera with solar panel and that one is working fine! Is anyone else experiencing this? It has been this way for several weeks now and it is really frustrating that they don’t have an answer for when it’ll be fixed.

Did anyone notice they were able to wash your Sasquatch hands at the sinks very briefly?? I thought it was apart of the new update but now it’s not letting me do it anywhere…
