Is this normal for a new dryer
We got this Bosch Dryer today, we wanted to test it out to see if it is working correctly. Now at start up the dryer was noisy, more like a banging sound. This sort of resolved it self a bit now, an hour later into the cycle it started to make this continues beep noise.
Is this normal or do we have to return this dryer. It came with a deep ding at the bottom of the door.
Edit: To add, since people keep bringing it up. No I have not overloaded the dryer. The laundry when filled was not even half the drum.. and I also ensure not to make it too heavy even if it only filled half. When the cycle is spinning the clothes. It somehow lingers near the door. Making the empty space behind the clothes towards the back of the dryer.
Also after this video of clothes, I did another cycle (2nd cycle) with just 1 bedsheet. Same issue stayed. The drum looks completely filled due to it lingering by the door, the humming/static sound persist.
Also to add the first cycle actually finished when it initially still had 50 minutes remaining without making any sound of the cycle ending and no "END" showing on the console either.
We have now reached out to the company (Harvey Norman) where we bought it from to get it replaced.
