Hi Everyone, it's about to be a year since I've been on hrt and just received my blood test results. I just want to know if I should ask my doctor for more or change anything

I am on 6mg oestradiol/day, 100mg of prog and 12.5mg of cyproterone twice a week. My T is .8 nmol/l and E is at 430 pmol/l both seem to be within wpath guidelines but according to some info my E can still be too low. Also my Prolactin is quite high at 890 mU/L which can create some problems, is that something I should worry about?

I've been taking 100mg of prometrium prog pills every day for about last one and a half months. I am taking those rectally and I have yet to notice any effects, and my sex drive is just as low as it was before. I want to know weather I should continue using it and how long does it take to notice any effects from it.
