Thoughts on Flickerblades?
I have been watching fogged and on leaguevv's website, a lot of people seem to be itemizing navori flickerblades. Typically, I don't tend to ever build it; I've been doing more Rav > ER/PD > LDR > Hull > EH > DD, was just curious what situation these players are seeing to build it that the general public doesn't.
