Traveling through Europe at 17 years old: Hostel Problems
Hello everybody, 1 am a 17-year-old American going on a solo travel trip throughout Italy. I am a legally emancipated Minor. I plan to fly into Rome and keep heading north to Milan, stopping along the way.
Here's where I was looking for people's insights. As I am under 18, I was wondering if hostels would allow me to sleep there. And if anyone has experienced such a situation, maybe traveling with someone under the age of 18 with them and had to sign them into hostels and if it was successful? Also, if anyone knows how strict they are on these rules or experienced a similar situation?
